Description:
At 645 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Neillsville, moving east at 35 mph. Other
clusters of thunderstorms were impacting much of southern and
eastern Marathon county.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Wisconsin Rapids around 740 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by this storm include Milladore, Sandhill
Wildlife Area, North Wood County Park, Big Eau Pleine County Park,
Elderon, Pike Lake, Moon, Auburndale, Hewitt, and Blenker.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
