* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up
to one inch and ice accumulations around one quarter of an inch.
* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...A few power outages and tree limb damage are possible.
Plan on slippery road conditions, especially in the higher
terrain. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening
and Tuesday morning commutes.
