* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, northern, and southeast
West Virginia.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Frost will be most prevalent across the
valleys subject to cold air drainage.
