At 107 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Julian to near Van to Gilbert Creek to near Big Rock. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Madison, Marmet, Oceana, Belle, Man, Gilbert Creek, Mallory, Julian, Hanover, R.d. Bailey Lake, Wharton, Danville, Whitesville, and Davy. This includes the following highways... West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 84 and 92. Route 119 between mile markers 46 and 62.
