* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia and central, northeast,
northern, southeast, southern, and western West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
