Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
county, Bexar.
* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 444 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

San Antonio, Stinson Municipal Airport, San Antonio Int
Airport, Leon Valley, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Kirby, Alamo
Heights, Terrell Hills, Shavano Park, Cross Mountain, Olmos
Park, Elmendorf, China Grove, Lackland AFB, Sea World, The
Dominion, Government Canyon State Natural Area, Leon Springs
and Castle Hills.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
