West Central Kaufman County in north central Texas...
Eastern Tarrant County in north central Texas...
* WHEN...Until noon CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Impacts may persist through the morning as excess water continues
to recede.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- As of 1017 AM CDT, minor flooding from heavy rain earlier in the
morning continues to be a hazard in the advisory area. Between 1
and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

Dallas, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville,
Lancaster, Balch Springs, Seagoville, Glenn Heights, Hutchins,
Sunnyvale, Wilmer, Ferris, Combine, Cedar Hill State Park, Sand
Branch, Mountain Creek Lake and Joe Pool Lake.
