Southwestern Hunt County in north central Texas...
Kaufman County in north central Texas...
Rockwall County in north central Texas...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Impacts may persist throughout the morning as excess water
continues to recede.

- At 1014 AM CDT, minor flooding was likely ongoing due to heavy
rainfall earlier this morning in advisory area. Between 1 and 4
inches of rain has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rowlett, Rockwall, Terrell, Forney, Kaufman, Royse City, Heath,
Fate, Crandall, Combine, Talty, Mobile City, New Terrell City
Lake and McLendon-Chisholm.

Instruction:
