Impacts may persist throughout the morning as excess water continues to recede. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1014 AM CDT, minor flooding was likely ongoing due to heavy rainfall earlier this morning in advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
