Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Texas, including the following
counties, Archer and Wichita.
* WHEN...Until noon CDT.
* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1011 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the advisory area.
Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wichita Falls, Sheppard AFB, Lakeside City and Pleasant
Valley.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
