* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1011 AM CDT, minor flooding was likely continuing due to heavy
rain from thunderstorms earlier in the morning. Between 1 and 4
inches of rain fell in the advisory area. Minor flooding will
continue to be possible as water recedes throughout the morning.

Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, Ennis, Midlothian, Glenn Heights, Red
Oak, Ovilla, Ferris, Palmer, Italy, Oak Leaf, Maypearl, Bardwell
Lake, Garrett, Bristol, Pecan Hill and Ike.
