* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Hill County in central Texas... Southern Dallas County in north central Texas... Ellis County in north central Texas... Eastern Johnson County in north central Texas... Southwestern Kaufman County in north central Texas... Southeastern Tarrant County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1011 AM CDT, minor flooding was likely continuing due to heavy rain from thunderstorms earlier in the morning. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain fell in the advisory area. Minor flooding will continue to be possible as water recedes throughout the morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
