Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
counties, Coleman and Concho.
* WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 903 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Coleman, Santa Anna, Voss, Gouldbusk, Leaday, Valera, Ivie
Reservoir Near Concho Park Marina, Millersview, Mozelle,
Fisk, Shields, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 1929 And Ranch
Road 2134 and The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 765.

FM-RD 136 crossing Hords Creek, FM 1176 crossing Sweetie
Creek, County Road 300 crossing Home Creek, County Road 348
crossing Bull Creek, crossings along County Road 302, County
Road 258 crossing Home Creek, Liveoak crossing Hords Creek,
Colorado St. crossing Hords Creek Draw, crossings along
County Road 4508 and CR 270 crossing Home Creek.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
