* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Burnet and Williamson. * WHEN...Until 430 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1248 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen, mostly Friday evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, Liberty Hill, Florence, Andice, Mahomet, Briggs, Sun City and Seward Junction. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
