Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
counties, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery and Waller.
* WHEN...Until 130 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1134 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pasadena, Pearland, northern Missouri City, Deer Park,
Stafford, South Houston, Bellaire, Humble, West University
Place, Galena Park, Tomball, Jacinto City, Jersey Village,
Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point
Village, Spring Valley, Greater Heights, Memorial Park and
Northside / Northline.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
