* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Montgomery, Walker and Washington. * WHEN...Until 230 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1201 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area over the next few hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Southeastern College Station, Navasota, Montgomery, Millican, Anderson, Roans Prairie, Richards, Carlos, Dacus and Wellborn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
