Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central Texas, including the following county, Milam. * WHEN...Until 100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - emergency management reported flooding near Rockdale. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will continue to experience minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are forecast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rockdale, Thorndale, Rogers, Buckholts, Alcoa Lake, Yarrelton, Sharp, San Gabriel, Praesel, Minerva, Pettibone, Davilla and Val Verde.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
