Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Burnet, Travis and Williamson. * WHEN...Until 1215 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1024 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to earlier thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Georgetown, Bertram, Serenada, Leander, Bartlett, Liberty Hill, Jarrell, Florence, Weir, Andice, Mahomet, Sun City, Georgetown Dam, Briggs, Joppa, Shady Grove, Oatmeal, Seward Junction, Theon and Walburg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
