Description: 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Burnet and Llano. * WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 844 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing brief torrential rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour within the advised area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has already fallen with the highest totals between Llano, Tow, and Inks Lake State Park. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Burnet, Marble Falls, Kingsland, Llano, Buchanan Dam, Gainesville, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Buchanan Lake Village, Highland Haven, Stolz, Bluffton, Lone Grove, Tow, Inks Lake State Park, Baby Head, Longhorn Cavern State Park, Valley Spring, Field Creek and Sunrise Beach Village. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
