Description: 
* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Kimble and Sutton. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 812 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms along and south of I-10 in southern Kimble county...moving east at 25 mph. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Junction, South Llano River State Park, Telegraph, Segovia, Roosevelt, Yates Crossing, London, Cleo, Us-377 Near The Kimble-Edwards County Line, Us-83 Near The Kimble-Menard County Line, Us-83 Near The Kerr-Kimble County Line, I-10 Near The Sutton-Kimble County Line, The Intersection Of I-10 And Us 290 and I-10 Near The Kimble-Kerr County Line. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 423 and 476. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... Park Road 73 crossing South Llano River, US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek, US HWY 377 crossing 2 miles North of Telegraph, RM 2291 crossings along Bear Creek, RM 385 crossing Falls Prong, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek, CR 150 crossing South Llano River, County Road 430 crossing Johnson Fork and FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
