formation.
* WHERE...In South Dakota, Harding, Northern Perkins, Southern
Perkins, and Ziebach Counties. In Wyoming, Newcastle, Northeastern
Crook, Northern Campbell, Southern Campbell, Western Crook, and
Weston County Plains Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM MDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
