Description:
At 244 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Hecla to near Westport to near Mina Lake
Rec Area. Movement was southeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Aberdeen, Groton, Mina Lake Rec Area, Hecla, Frederick, Bath, Sunset
Colony, Columbia, Westport, Claremont, Newport Colony, Putney,
Hutterville Colony, Stratford, Barnard, Houghton, Tacoma Park,
Amherst, Sand Lake Wildlife Refuge, and Richmond Lake Rec Area.
Instruction:
