Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...South Central Greenwood County in upstate South Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Overflowing
poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 311 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Expect imminent or already-occurring nuisance flooding to
continue in the vicinity of Callison, SC and nearby Reedy Creek
and Beaverdam Creek. Affected roadways may include Callison Rd,
Bethel Rd, Jordan Rd, and low-lying areas of the nearby Callison
Hwy / Hwy 67.
