* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff lingers.
* WHERE...Northwestern Spartanburg County in upstate South
Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 130 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1237 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the threat of
additional heavy rain had ended. Please continue to remain wary
of lingering areas of high water and/or elevated streamflows from
Inman south to Lyman. This advisory will expire on schedule.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Greer, Boiling Springs SC, Duncan, Lyman, Wellford, Inman, Lake
Bowen and Fingerville.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
