Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and runoff continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Spartanburg County in upstate South
Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 130 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1132 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated another round of moderate
to heavy rain poised to overspread the advised area. An
additional one half to three quarters of an inch of rain may
accumulate. Locales around Lyman and Wellford and north to Lake
Cooley and Inman may approach 4 inches of total rain through
early afternoon. Please remain wary of high water conditions and
flooding of low-lying areas through the Tyger River and Lawson's
Fork basins.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over
the area.

Greer, Boiling Springs SC, Duncan, Lyman, Wellford, Inman, Lake
Bowen and Fingerville.

Instruction:
