Description: 
* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...East facing reefs of the Marianas. * WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Surf along north facing reefs has fallen below the 9 foot threshold allowing for the the high surf advisory to expire and the risk of rip currents to fall to moderate. Surf along east facing reefs remains above 9 feet maintaining a high risk of rip currents along these reefs. The surf is expected to continue to fall over the next few days, and should fall below the 9 foot threshold for high risk of rip currents as early as Tuesday afternoon.
Instruction: 
Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
