Description: 
* WHAT...Large breaking waves between 7 to 10 feet and dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...For the High Surf Advisory. north facing reefs of the Marianas. For the High Risk of Rip Currents, north and east facing reefs of the Marianas. * WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated trade-wind swell and longer- period northeast swell continue to produce hazardous surf along north facing reefs and a high risk of rip current risk along north and east facing reefs. Seas and swell are slowly diminishing, and may allow surf to fall below hazardous levels late this afternoon. The rip risk along north facing reefs is expected to decrease to moderate by tonight, but may stay high along east facing reefs overnight. Northerly swell looks to arrive around midweek, possibly increasing surf near hazardous levels again along north facing reefs Thursday night.
Instruction: 
Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
