* WHAT...Large breaking waves between 9 to 11 feet and dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...For the High Surf Advisory. north facing reefs of the Marianas. For the High Risk of Rip Currents, north and east facing reefs of the Marianas. * WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Monday. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The swell has gradually became more north than yesterday. This has allowed the surf and risk of rip currents along south facing reefs to fall below 9 feet and into medium for rip current risk. The high surf advisory for east facing reefs has fallen below the 12 foot threshold also. However, remains above the high risk of rip currents threshold of 9 feet. The northeast swell is gradually falling and should fall below 9 feet as early as Monday afternoon.
Instruction: 
Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
