THURSDAY EVENING...
.Another round of critical fire weather conditions are expected
today across a broader area of eastern New Mexico. Breezy
westerly winds and low humidity will allow any fire that starts
to spread rapidly. Stronger gusts and dry conditions return on
Thursday, increasing the threat of rapid fire spread in northeast
New Mexico.

THURSDAY EVENING...
The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Fire
Weather Watch...which is in effect from Thursday morning through
Thursday evening.
* AREA AND TIMING...This includes the Northeast Plains (Zone 104),
Northeast Highlands (Zone 123), and Central Highlands (Zone 125)
for the Red Flag Warning until 7 PM MST today and for the Fire
Weather Watch from 11 AM MST to 7 PM MST Thursday.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph for
today. Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph for
Thursday.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 7 and 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
