* WHERE...A portion of Vega Baja.
* WHEN...Until 245 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1240 PM AST, Terminal doppler radar indicated heavy. Minor
flooding is already occurring in the advisory area.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
