* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Coal, Cotton, Garvin, Jefferson, Johnston, Love, Marshall, Murray, Pontotoc and Stephens and northern Texas, including the following county, Clay. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall rates could lead to flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
