Extreme turbulence makes the river unsafe for floating. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 10.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 14.0 feet Tuesday morning.
