Description:
At 534 PM CDT /434 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 26
miles south of Carson, or 46 miles east of Hettinger, moving
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Carson, Leith, St. Gertrude and Heil.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and damaging winds.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM CDT Wednesday /1100
PM MDT Tuesday/ for a portion of south central North Dakota.
