* WHAT...Temperatures between 32 and 36 will result in patchy frost
formation.
* WHERE...In New York, Southwestern St. Lawrence County. In Vermont,
Eastern Addison, Orange, Washington, Eastern Chittenden, Eastern
Franklin, Lamoille, Rutland, and Western Windsor Counties.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest part of the night will be near
sunrise.
