At 158 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Grants, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and blowing dust. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Blowing dust may reduce visibility below 2 miles. Locations impacted include... Grants, Milan, San Mateo and San Rafael in Cibola County. This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 75 and 91.
Instruction: 
Blowing dust associated with strong thunderstorm winds can reduce visibility below one quarter mile at times.
