Description:
At 315 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Conchas, or 29
miles west of Tucumcari, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Conchas, Conchas Lake State Park and Conchas Dam.
This includes State Road 104 between Mile Markers 62 and 86.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
