Description:
At 445 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Brule, west of Ogallala, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Ogallala, Brule, and Roscoe.
This includes the following highways...
Highway 61 between mile markers 76 and 94.
Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 117 and 137.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
