Missouri River at Waverly affecting Lafayette, Carroll and Saline Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood.
