At 21.0 feet, County Road 406 is under water 0.8 miles east of Highway A. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 19.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.5 feet late this morning.
