Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Missouri, including
the following counties, in central Missouri, Maries, Miller and
Pulaski. In east central Missouri, Phelps.
* WHEN...Until 330 PM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 918 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rolla, St. James, Belle, Doolittle, Vienna, Newburg, Vichy,
Northwye, Jerome, Brinktown and Rosati.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
