* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Crawford County in east central Missouri... Southern Franklin County in east central Missouri... Southeastern Gasconade County in east central Missouri... Northwestern Washington County in east central Missouri... * WHEN...Until 1115 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 812 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Union, Sullivan, St. Clair, Cuba, Bourbon, Anthonies Mill, Parkway, Leasburg, Miramiguoa Park, Lonedell, St. Cloud, Stanton, Japan, Oak Hill and Piney Park.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
