* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 32 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Chisago and Isanti Counties. In Wisconsin,
Barron, Polk, Rusk, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, and
St. Croix Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
