* WHERE...In Maine, Central Interior Cumberland, Kennebec,
Androscoggin, and Interior York Counties. In New Hampshire,
Strafford and Interior Rockingham Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
