* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston and West Baton Rouge. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas such as streets and underpasses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 702 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Port Allen, Oak Hills Place, St. Gabriel, Port Vincent, Old Jefferson, Shenandoah, Village St. George, Inniswold, Westminster, Prairieville and Gardere. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
