* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Kentucky, including the following counties, Green, Hart and Taylor. * WHEN...Until 300 PM CDT /400 PM EDT/. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 941 AM CDT /1041 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Greensburg, Monroe, Thurlow, Grab, Webbs, Donansburg, Bluff Boom, Gresham, Whitewood and Roachville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you can do so safely and have them relay your report to the National Weather Service in Louisville.
