Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Kentucky, including the following
counties, Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin and Hart.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT /1100 AM EDT/.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 741 AM CDT /841 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Long Branch, Nolin River, Spring Fork, Shaw Creek, Caney
Creek, Big Run Branch, Grindstone Fork, Conoloway Creek,
South Fork Caney Creek, Clifty Creek, Peter Cave Creek, Rough
River, Cedar Lick, Dunns Run, Petty Branch, Little Clifty
Creek, Bear Creek, Laurel Run, Ashcraft Branch, Bennett Fork,
Round Stone Creek, McClure Fork, Nosey Creek, Barton Run,
Meeting Creek, Taylor Fork and Rock Creek.

Leitchfield, Clarkson, Grayson Springs, West Clifty, Peonia,
Skaggstown, Fragrant, Saint Paul, Tar Hill and Johnson

Instruction:
