Northeastern Saline County in central Kansas... * Until 945 PM CDT. * At 855 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near New Cambria, or 10 miles east of Salina, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Saline County, including the following locations... Kipp. This includes Interstate 70 between Mile Markers 262 and 264.
