Southeastern Coffey County in east central Kansas... * Until 115 AM CDT. * At 1242 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 3 miles north of Tonganoxie to 4 miles northwest of Paola to 4 miles north of Blue Mound, moving east at 50 mph. Severe thunderstorms winds were occurring well behind this line of thunderstorms. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include...
