Description:
At 1113 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 10 miles east of Cottonwood Falls to 18 miles east of
Burns to near Leon, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
El Dorado, Augusta, Towanda, Cottonwood Falls, Benton, Leon, Madison,
Strong City, Hamilton, Rosalia, Cassoday, Bazaar, Elmdale, Matfield
Green, Eureka City Lake, Hymer, Thrall, El Dorado State Park,
Tallgrass Prairie, and El Dorado Airport.
This includes Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 62 and 115.
