Description:
* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 31 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE...In Kansas, Decatur, Sheridan, and Gove Counties. In
Nebraska, Red Willow County.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Frost conditions
could kill or damage crops and other sensitive vegetation. Protect
outdoor plants if possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If winds can remain lighter and clouds clear
then lows may temperatures may fall lower than currently forecast.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
