* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison KS, Johnson KS, Leavenworth, Miami and Wyandotte and west central Missouri, including the following areas, Clay, Jackson and Platte. * WHEN...Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is a chance for isolate storms this afternoon, and a complex of storms is likely tonight.
